The Service is intended for use by individuals who have reached the age of majority in their country of residence. By using the Service, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under the laws of your country. Children are not permitted to use the Service.
The decision to read or share generated stories with children rests solely with parents or other responsible adults. Fairytailor.ai does not provide content tailored specifically for children, and the responsibility to evaluate the suitability of a story lies with the user.
Stories are generated automatically using generative models. The owner of Fairytailor.ai has no control over the content of the generated stories. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
The Service generates stories based on user-provided input, and the responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of the input data lies solely with the user.
All payments are processed by Creem, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing credits, you agree to Creem’s terms and conditions, which govern payment processing and related services.
Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided the credits remain unused. To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your purchase details. Refunds for used credits are not available.
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Fairytailor.ai disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairytailor.ai and its owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Users are solely responsible for evaluating the suitability of generated content.
